Essentially we arrange for a company called Housing Hand to act as a UK based guarantor on your behalf and you are able to pay in monthly instalments to avoid having to pay large sums of advanced rent. The fee for this service is less than £1 per day and can be added to your monthly rent so you hardly notice it.
